This page explains the cookies and similar technologies that Hibiscus HR uses on its marketing site at hibiscushr.ca. It applies only to the public website. The Hibiscus HR application at app.hibiscushr.ca uses only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure — it does not run third-party analytics or marketing trackers.
We follow the meaningful-consent standard set out in the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for visitors from Quebec, the opt-in consent requirements of Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). Non-essential cookies — analytics and marketing — are off by default until you actively opt in.
