These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hibiscus HR platform and services operated by Hibiscus HR Inc. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Service

You may use the Hibiscus HR platform for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We process your data as a service provider under your direction. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly per active employee. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

Hibiscus HR is a software tool and does not constitute legal, tax, or professional HR advice. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable laws. We are not liable for compliance failures resulting from incorrect data entry or misuse of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
