Note: Use of the Hibiscus HR platform (app.hibiscushr.ca) is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement, which is accepted during account signup.

The Website is provided for informational purposes, to describe our services, publish pricing, allow you to contact us, book demos, join our waitlist, or sign up for the Service, and to offer free tools and calculators (including but not limited to the Canadian Overtime Calculator) for general educational reference. Free tools and calculators are provided “as is” and do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, or payroll advice; you should consult a qualified professional or your provincial labour standards office before acting on any result. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
