These systems either don't publish a public API, or require carrier-approved file formats. Hibiscus generates the right file; you upload it through the vendor's existing portal.

Quebec coverage is in development.We're not shipping QPP, QPIP, CNESST, RL-1, or a fully bilingual French interface until each is independently audited for legal and linguistic compliance, quality over speed. Today, Hibiscus HR supports the 9 provinces and 3 territories outside Quebec. Quebec employers should pair us with a Quebec-native payroll system in the meantime.
